Qualifications

• Energetic and positive attitude.
• 1-2 years of retail experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to move and/or lift to 25 pounds.
• Flexible availability; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote Perry Ellis merchandise following store standards.
• Support Store Manager, ASM and Supervisors to reach sales goals.
• Build repeat customer base and capture loyalty program data.
• Maintain knowledge of product, promotions and events to inform customers.
• Ensure a positive store experience and fair treatment of customers and staff.
• Assist with floor coverage, time management and communication.
• Support pricing, planograms and replenishment as needed.
