Job summary

Claire's is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Bridgewater, NJ location. This role focuses on leading store sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and upholding brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will coach and develop the team, manage inventory, and ensure store presentation meets Claire's standards. Training for piercing services will be provided as part of your growth in this role.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Willingness to be trained as piercing specialist
• Strong communication and selling skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
