Shoe Station in Snellville, GA is seeking a Store Lead to oversee an area of the store and help the team deliver great service. This role is ideal for someone ready to take on more responsibility and grow into a leadership position.

You will supervise a department, greet customers, train associates, handle transactions, organize displays, and support sales initiatives while maintaining store standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Confidence in taking initiative and leading by example.
• At least one year experience in retail, sales, or cash handling (preferred).
• Ability to learn and operate the POS system.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
