Job summary

Shoe Station is seeking a Store Lead to oversee a department and uphold store standards. You will greet customers, train staff, and manage cash handling to ensure smooth daily operations.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of retail experience, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Growth opportunities into management are available.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in retail, sales, or cash handling (preferred).
• Ability to learn and operate the POS system.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities
