Job summary

Shoe Station is seeking a Store Lead in Kennesaw, GA to oversee department areas and uphold store standards. This role offers leadership opportunities and hands-on management in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position requires strong communication, customer service, and cash handling skills, with at least one year in retail preferred. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is expected.

• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead a department (such as Women’s, Men’s and Children’s departments) and support overall store standards
• Greet and assist customers with a positive, helpful attitude
• Train and guide associates on service, product placement, and cash handling
• Handle transactions, returns, and safe/till counts as needed
• Organize merchandise, displays, and help with truck unloading and floor moves
• Promote current sales and programs
• Delegate tasks and communicate clearly with the team
