Job summary

Shoe Carnival in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Store Lead to oversee a department and uphold store standards. You will greet customers, train associates, and manage cash while supporting sales goals.

This role offers flexible full-time or part-time hours and the opportunity to grow into a management position through hands-on training and teamwork in a dynamic store environment. You will lead a department, handle transactions, and ensure safe till counts, while promoting current sales and programs

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Confidence in taking initiative and leading by example.
• At least one year experience in retail, sales, or cash handling (preferred).
• Ability to learn and operate the POS system.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For:
