Shoe Carnival, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Store Lead to oversee an area of the store and grow into a leadership role. This position is ideal for someone ready to take on more responsibility and develop into management.

You will lead a department, greet customers with a positive attitude, train associates on service, product placement and cash handling, and help with merchandising and floor moves while promoting current sales.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Confidence in taking initiative and leading by example.
• At least one year experience in retail, sales, or cash handling (preferred).
• Ability to learn and operate the POS system.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

What We're Looking For:

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs during shifts
