YETI is actively seeking a Full-Time Team Keyholder for our Galleria Edina store in Edina, MN. You will provide leadership to the store team and help execute company strategies while driving sales and a superior customer experience.

You will coach and motivate a team of YETI brand enthusiasts, manage scheduling, and support community events that align with the brand. This role requires a flexible schedule and a passion for outdoor pursuits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of leadership in fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience adopting new technologies to improve profitability.
• Passion for outdoor pursuits.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitability with strong operations and customer focus.
• Support Store Manager with daily operations and team communication.
• Oversee inventory receiving, replenishment, and merchandising.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote the YETI brand.
