Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Manager on Duty to lead store teams in delivering sales, service, and operational excellence. You will model company values, coach staff, and communicate priorities to maximize business results.

You will collaborate with management to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring compliance with brand standards and operating procedures. This role requires flexibility to support multiple locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Strong coaching and leadership skills with ability to coach staff.
• Excellent communication and customer service focus.
• Experience training store staff on operations and customer service.
• Proficient with technology systems, Microsoft Office and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS system; stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
• Use store reports to understand decisions and drive business.
• Participate in outreach and relay leads to Store Manager.
• Identify performance opportunities and support development plans.
• Help with staffing to execute initiatives and tasks.
• Assist in training staff on internal processes and standards.
• Stay informed on directives, policies and programs.
• Contribute to programs that increase efficiency in sales, service, operations, and branding.
• Lead regular store meetings to keep staff updated on directives.
• Train staff on customer service expectations to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Leverage customer feedback to resolve issues and improve service.
• Ensure store presentation aligns with brand standards and marketing direction.
