Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager to coach and develop the sales team, drive customer experience, and maintain store operations when on duty.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail or sales, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems. You may work across store locations and brands, with pay range $17.00-$21.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Support store manager to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
• Lead store staff and coach when designated as manager on duty.
• Open and close the store when scheduled (manager on duty).
• Drive customer experience and operational excellence.
• Leverage store reports to inform decisions and drive growth.
• Participate in recruiting and fostering an inclusive store environment.
