Job summary

XXVII inside Cool Springs Galleria is seeking an Assistant Store Lead to drive brand experience and sales. This role leads by example on the sales floor, engaging guests, styling outfits, and guiding the team toward goals within a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Reporting to the Store Manager and leadership team, you will motivate associates, manage opening/closing procedures, and contribute to merchandising while delivering exceptional guest service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must have retail leadership experience.
• Must be able to travel for training opportunities and new store setup as needed.
• Must have physical ability to perform tasks including lifting 30lbs, standing for extended periods, reaching, kneeling, climbing ladders and squatting as needed.
• Must have at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Acts as leader on duty following the direction of store manager & leadership team.
• Welcome & assist guests on the sales floor and fitting rooms.
• Styles outfits & makes recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Assists with merchandising and creative directives.
• Motivate associates to hit sales goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor & back of house.
• Opening & Closing procedures.
• Drive sales to hit monthly sales goals.
• Develop & share product knowledge & brand awareness.
