Job summary

Aursociety is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment. The role focuses on leading a high-energy sales team, engaging guests, and driving the luxury brand experience while meeting quarterly goals.

The ideal candidate motivates associates, manages floor operations, and supports merchandising to elevate customer service and sales performance. Must be able to travel for training and new store setup as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have retail leadership experience.
• Must be able to travel for training opportunities and new store setup as needed.
• Must have physical ability to perform tasks including lifting 30lbs, standing for extended periods, reaching, kneeling, climbing ladders and squatting as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
