Qualificações

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient with technology systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store staff on a manager-on-duty basis and coach for performance.
• Drive sales, service, and operational goals through effective coaching.
• Create an engaged, inclusive store environment aligned with brand standards.
• Utilize store reports to inform decisions and drive business results.
• Exceed customer expectations in all interactions.
• Partner with management to lead staff toward sales, service and operations when on duty.
