Job summary

The Men's Wearhouse, LLC is seeking a Store Lead at 1770 Red Cliffs Dr Spc 1210, Saint George, UT. You will partner with the Store Manager to coach staff, drive sales, and maintain store operations in a high-energy environment at Red Cliffs Mall.

In this role you will lead by example, train associates, monitor performance, and ensure excellent customer service and brand standards are met daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Creative individual with good judgement and business sense.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient with technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS system.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to coach and develop team for sales targets.
• Lead by example to deliver sales, service, and operations goals when on duty.
• Communicate priorities and drive execution of store initiatives.
• Assist in recruiting staff and fostering an inclusive environment.
• Support staffing and training to deliver the customer promise.
• Utilize store reports to inform decisions and drive growth.
• Ensure store branding and marketing initiatives are executed.
