Job summary

GameStop is looking for a Retail Keyholder in Wisconsin who will assist the management team in overseeing store operations and delivering outstanding guest service. Qualified candidates should have at least a high school diploma and a year of experience in retail or guest service, with a passion for video games being a significant plus. Additional responsibilities include maintaining store organization and cleanliness while promoting guest loyalty programs. The role requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to work unassisted for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management in executing and supervising all store activities.
• Provide best-in-class guest service by promptly greeting guests.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately via POS system.
• Ensure all areas of the store are clean, organized, and merchandised.
