Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Retail Keyholder in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. In this role, you'll assist in executing store activities and ensuring excellent guest service. Key responsibilities include processing transactions, supervising sales associates, and maintaining a clean store environment. Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service by proactively greeting guests.
• Ensure store areas are clean, organized, and merchandised.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the POS system.
• Conduct store inventory counts and stock products on the sales floor.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates.
