Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Ability to stand and move throughout the store unassisted for up to 10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service promptly and courteously.
• Support overall shopping environment and nurture guest relationships.
• Process guest purchases accurately via POS system.
• Address guest comments whether in person or by phone.
• Ensure store cleanliness and organization per company guidelines.
• Conduct inventory counts and restock merchandise as needed.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates.
