Job summary

State and Liberty Clothing Co. in New Orleans is seeking a store leader who blends entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on, guest-focused approach. You will oversee daily operations, motivate a high-energy team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving growth.

Training will occur at one of our 40+ locations before we open in New Orleans; you’ll manage products, people, and the store culture, while modeling the brand’s community-driven values and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan day-to-day operations and adapt to business needs.
• Oversee store, products, operations and people to deliver results.
• Maintain exceptional guest experiences through product knowledge and culture.
• Talk authentically about our product, community and brand values.
• Assist with other projects under Store Manager direction.
• Compensation is $18.00-$25.00 per hour, plus benefits.
