Shoe Carnival in Branson, MO is seeking a Store Lead to oversee a department and drive store standards. You will greet customers, train staff, and manage cash handling while promoting sales and programs.

The role requires strong communication, initiative, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous retail or cash handling experience is preferred, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles.

Mansioni

• Lead a department (Women’s, Men’s or Children’s) and support store standards.
• Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude.
• Train and guide associates on service, product placement, and cash handling.
• Handle transactions, returns, and till counts as needed.
• Organize merchandise, displays, and assist with truck unloading and floor moves.
• Promote current sales and programs.
• Delegate tasks and communicate clearly with the team.
