Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for Lane Bryant at the Downey, CA location. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive daily actions, coach teams, and ensure smooth operations while maintaining a fabulous store appearance.

You will guide associates to deliver outstanding service, apply the company selling model, and be ready to step into the Manager role when needed. Fashion and empowerment are at our core.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with technology and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their needs to support shopping experiences.
• Share product knowledge to outfit and inspire customers.
• Empower teams to meet and exceed customer expectations via selling model.
• Assist store leaders with daily operational action plans.
• Motivate and coach associates to improve performance and engagement.
• Identify business opportunities in partnership with store leaders.
