Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager to coach and develop a high‑performing sales team, foster an engaging selling environment, and deliver on the brand promise through exceptional service and operational excellence.

You will be the on‑duty manager with store keys, responsible for opening and closing, communicating priorities, using store reports to drive decisions, and ensuring visuals and campaigns align with company direction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Creative, good judgement, in tune with the business pulse.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Active listening and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
• Coach and develop staff; reinforce a customer‑centric selling environment.
• Open and close the store as manager on duty, safeguarding store keys and opening procedures.
• Communicate priorities and drive program execution and branding adherence.
• Use store reports to guide decisions and identify development needs.
• Partner with management to schedule staffing and training initiatives.
• Support recruitment and foster inclusive environment.
