Job summary

Roller Rabbit in Greenwich, CT is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in operations, customer service, and visual presentation. You will lead by example, drive sales, and help recruit and train staff.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and role-model behavior.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to lift 15–20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals.
