Job summary

Roller Rabbit is seeking a Full Time Sales Associate for our Greenwich, CT store. You will drive sales by building client relationships and introducing new customers to the Roller Rabbit brand, delivering outstanding service in a fashion-forward retail environment.

You will report to the Store Manager and Keyholder, support in merchandising, and contribute to a dynamic team focused on growth, enthusiasm, and style.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or customer service setting is preferred.
• Ability to take direction from management and execute tasks.
• Quick learner with drive and goal orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed daily sales targets while delivering high-level customer service.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base; provide personalized service.
• Assist in visual merchandising and store operations.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and daily housekeeping.
• Manage cash register functions with accuracy.
