Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with exceptional service.
• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators.
• Schedule and train store employees.
• Ensure high levels of customer and donor satisfaction.
• Supervise Back Room Processing and warehouse associates.
• Protect and secure store currency and property.
• Ensure building security during non-operating hours.
• Maintain safety measures and report incidents.
• Perform tasks assigned by management.
