Job summary

A charitable organization in Temecula is seeking a part-time Lead Sales to oversee daily store operations at its Family Store. The Lead Sales will ensure exceptional customer service and oversee employee performance. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least a year of retail experience. This position offers a pay rate of $17.90 per hour for 25 hours per week, along with other employee benefits and discounts.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of one-year previous retail experience and Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must pass background check, which will include Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, store employees, customers and donor.

Responsibilities

• Provides customers with the best selection and exceptional service.
• Assumes responsibility for all day-to-day store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Assists Store Manager to monitor and analyze key performance indicators.
