Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or one year supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom ensuring excellent customer service and seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
