Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 6 months to 1 year of retail and management work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic business and customer service principles and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate information clearly and work with customers using standard procedures.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts and operate equipment like cash registers and scanners.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coach staff to deliver courteous, friendly customer service.
• Ring up sales accurately, handle money and payments.
• Perform and supervise fuel, lottery, telecom transactions and related tasks.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and displays up to brand guidelines.
• Assist with scheduling, training, counseling, and performance feedback.
• Maintain cash, inventory, and daily reports; support store manager as needed.
• Ensure safety and asset protection; report incidents promptly.
