Job summary

TESO Group in El Paso, TX is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will oversee merchandising, scheduling, and loss prevention, while executing tasks in the absence of the Store Manager.

The role offers $23 per hour, quarterly bonus eligibility, health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off, with full-time hours and a focus on coaching and results.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above in retail management, marketing, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of store management experience in retail, supermarkets, beauty, or lifestyle retail.
• Knowledge of stock management, shrink control, cashier procedures, and customer service.
• Strong floor-management, execution, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site operations and supervise staffing, replenishment, merchandising and customer service.
• Address customer complaints, returns/exchanges and store service exceptions.
• Ensure task completion, reporting, and closing inspections alongside coaching of new hires.
• Assist with receiving, shelving, expiration checks, and stockroom organization.
