Job summary

REVOLVE is seeking a Sales Lead/Retail Keyholder in California to support the Store Manager and leadership team in delivering a premium customer experience. The role concentrates on fashion, styling, client connections, and developing talent while acting as a brand ambassador for our customers and internal teams.

You will lead alongside management to drive performance, mentorship, and a high-energy store environment, ensuring brand standards and exceptional service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Retail Experience
• Minimum 1 year Retail Management Experience
• Outgoing and energetic brand representative
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor store performance and compliance with standards in partnership with Store Leadership
• Drive business and build long-term solutions through strong business acumen
• Deliver elevated client experience and embody the brand values
• Drive and exceed individual KPI goals through exceptional customer service and sales quality
• Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the sales floor
• Provide honest feedback to customers about style and fit
• Keep the store customer ready including stocking and re-merchandising
• Open and close the store and manage a team with Store Leadership
• Support daily performance with feedback and performance discussions
