You will lead with the Store Manager, act as a brand ambassador, and partner on staffing, training, and daily operations to meet revenue targets while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail store management experience.
• Experience in a sales-driven environment.
• Customer-centric with ability to foster and maintain relationships to build brand loyalty.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of Retail Labor Laws.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store performance with Store Leadership and drive sales targets.
• Lead in clienteling and 1x1 shopping to enhance customer experience.
• Execute strategies to increase sales and profitability while maintaining KPIs.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and operational execution to meet revenue targets.
• Address customer complaints with leadership to retain customers and loyalty.
• Collaborate on staffing and hiring with Store Leadership and HR.
