Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience with proven supervisory skills is required.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, retail, or branch operations preferred.
• Experience with inventory management, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily branch operations and provide direction, coaching, and support to team members.
• Build strong relationships with customers, employees, and sales partners to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage workflow priorities to ensure timely receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain product knowledge and proficiency in company systems.
• Resolve customer, vendor, warranty, and receiving issues while ensuring timely follow-up.
• Maintain branch appearance, safety standards, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Complete and oversee operational inspections, checklists, training requirements, and facility maintenance activities.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
