Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Arkansas in Fayetteville, AR is seeking an Experienced Store Associate to support daily store operations during nights and weekends. You will assist with opening/closing, cash handling, donations, pricing, and customer service, while helping meet budget goals.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to four years high school or GED, with emphasis during high school in office skills, shop skills, or others, plus 12 to 18 months related experience and/or training.
• Valid Driver's License and clear MVR
• Must read, write and communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager with day-to-day operations and performance to meet budget.
• Open/close store, daily bank deposits, handling cash and reports.
• Supervise staff and volunteers when manager absent.
• Ensure ACE customer service for donors and customers.
• Maintain store appearance and inventory within price ranges.
• Follow safety policies and attendance procedures.
