UNTUCKit seeks a results-oriented retail leader who thrives on performance and leads from the sales floor in Garden City, Idaho. You will coach a team to exceed goals, drive client engagement, and deliver a superior brand experience.

You will mentor associates, execute training, and ensure daily operations align with UNTUCKit standards, while driving sales and maintaining an energetic store culture. Some positions are part-time with varying hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in achieving and exceeding store sales goals.
• Proactively engage customers, assess needs, and deliver personalized styling solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clienteling and follow-up.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximize each transaction.
• Leverage product knowledge to communicate value and drive conversions.
• Inspire and motivate associates to deliver high-performance selling behaviors.
• Coach team members in real time to improve selling techniques.
• Execute UNTUCKit University training and daily performance conversations.
• Open and close the store with accountability for results and standards.
• Maintain a visually compelling, sales-focused floor environment.
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights from customer feedback and sales trends.
