Dry Goods is seeking a Keyholder to support store operations and help create a one-of-a-kind customer experience in our Illinois location. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and ensure a clean, exciting store environment while leading by example in sales and service.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience - greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Develop relationships to grow your business
• Highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience
• Unpack and display stock
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean store
• Assist with new hire training
• Open and close the store for business
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
