Qualifications

This role is essential for managing retail operations within partner locations to enhance customer engagement and sales performance. It involves leading a sales team to deliver product education, customer service, and achieve performance goals. The role requires maintaining operational standards, coaching staff, and fostering strong partnerships with store partners. Success is measured by customer satisfaction, sales growth, team development, and operational efficiency. The work directly impacts customer experiences and contributes to the overall success of retail partnerships.

Salary Information

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $65,800 - $118,700, inclusive of target incentivesBase Pay Range: $49,350 - $89,025The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
