Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher.

Responsibilities

• Refresh in-store recruitment flyers, conduct phone screens, clean up requisitions, and gather input from new managers to develop a welcome package.
• Shadowing and training on internal investigations, and assisting with organizing and assembling personnel files.
• Engaging in joint TA and HR initiatives to gain comprehensive operational experience.
• Shadowing jobs across the organization to explore your career path potential.
