Job summary

Walmart in Rindge, NH is seeking a Store Leader to drive sales and develop teams across store operations. You will guide merchandising, budgeting and customer service initiatives while fostering a culture of belonging and integrity.

You will oversee training, feedback, and the Open Door policy, ensuring compliance and an outstanding customer experience. This role emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, and community impact.

Qualifications

2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
Associates must attend and complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

Leads and develops teams by teaching, training and feedback, and guiding store operations.
Manages customer service initiatives and ensures high quality customer experience.
Drives store financial performance including budgeting, forecasting and expense control.
Oversees merchandising, inventory flow and storewide operational processes.
Recruits, mentors and develops associates, promoting a culture of belonging.
