Job summary

Town Pump Company is seeking a Store Grocery Merchandiser to join our retail team in Kalispell, MT. The role focuses on accurate pricing, attractive product displays, and timely stock management to ensure top-quality merchandising across the store.

You will coordinate with multiple vendors, monitor expiration dates, and maintain PLUs and signage. The position includes standard clerk duties and opportunities for career growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Correct and maintain all product pricing daily as needed, including Pricebook, cooler pricing, white tag items, and price tag numbers.
• Keep store clean and attractive with quality merchandise, maintaining accurate pricing on inventory.
• Order merchandise from multiple vendors, check-in vendor products, and return guaranteed items weekly.
• Cross-reference deliveries and put away stock orders while maintaining low backstock.
• Keep products stocked, rotated, and fresh by monitoring expiration dates; build displays per vendor guidance.
• Print price books, maintain PLUs, displays, and signage; perform clerk duties as described in the clerk job description.

As a Store Grocery Merchandiser, You Will

• Correct and maintain all product pricing, daily if necessary; including downloading of price changes Pricebook, cooler pricing, white tag items, product tag numbers updated, track updated and discontinued items.
• Keep your store clean and attractive with amply quality merchandise available. Maintain accurate pricing on inventory, including price changes and markups and downs.
• Order merchandise from multiple vendors and check-in vendor products, returning guaranteed items weekly. You will cross-reference deliveries and put away stock orders while maintaining backstock at a minimal level.
• Keep products stocked as well as rotated and fresh by monitoring expiration dates. Build creative merchandise displays and set merchandise to schematic with aid from vendors.
• Print price books, maintain PLUs, displays, and signage
• Perform clerk duties as described in the clerk job description.
