Town Pump Company is seeking a Store Grocery Merchandiser to join our team. The role involves maintaining accurate pricing, ensuring attractive merchandise displays, and coordinating with multiple vendors on stock deliveries.

You will be responsible for price updates, inventory checks, and creating appealing shelves while adhering to planograms. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery merchandising preferred.
• Ability to manage price changes and product displays.

Responsibilities

• Correct and maintain product pricing daily when needed; including downloading of price changes Pricebook, cooler pricing, white tag items, product tag numbers updated, track updated and discontinued items.
• Keep store clean with quality merchandise and accurate pricing; maintain pricing on inventory.
• Order merchandise from multiple vendors and check-in vendor products; return guaranteed items weekly and cross-reference deliveries.
• Cross-reference deliveries and put away stock orders while maintaining backstock at a minimal level.
• Monitor expiration dates to keep products rotated and fresh; build creative displays aligned to planograms with vendor support.
• Print price books, maintain PLUs, displays, and signage.
• Perform clerk duties as described in the clerk job description.

As a Store Grocery Merchandiser, You Will

• Correct and maintain all product pricing, daily if necessary; including downloading of price changes Pricebook, cooler pricing, white tag items, product tag numbers updated, track updated and discontinued items.
• Keep your store clean and attractive with amply quality merchandise available. Maintain accurate pricing on inventory, including price changes and markups and downs.
• Order merchandise from multiple vendors and check-in vendor products, returning guaranteed items weekly. You will cross-reference deliveries and put away stock orders while maintaining backstock at a minimal level.
• Keep products stocked as well as rotated and fresh by monitoring expiration dates. Build creative merchandise displays and set merchandise to schematic with aid from vendors.
• Print price books, maintain PLUs, displays, and signage
• Perform clerk duties as described in the clerk job description.
