Job summary

Town Pump is looking for a Store Grocery Merchandiser to join our team. You will manage pricing, merchandise presentation, and stock across our store.

You will collaborate with vendors, rotate stock to ensure fresh products, and maintain clean, attractive displays while keeping accurate price changes.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising or pricing is preferred.
• Ability to work with vendors and manage stock.

Responsibilities

• Correct and maintain all product pricing daily; download price changes, update pricebook, cooler pricing, and item tags.
• Keep the store clean and attractive with quality merchandise; maintain accurate pricing on inventory.
• Order merchandise from multiple vendors, check-in products, return guaranteed items weekly, and manage backstock.
• Keep products stocked, rotated, and fresh by monitoring expiration dates; build displays to planograms with vendors.
• Print price books, maintain PLUs, displays, and signage.
• Perform clerk duties as described in the clerk job description.

As a Store Grocery Merchandiser, You Will

• Correct and maintain all product pricing, daily if necessary; including downloading of price changes Pricebook, cooler pricing, white tag items, product tag numbers updated, track updated and discontinued items.
• Keep your store clean and attractive with amply quality merchandise available. Maintain accurate pricing on inventory, including price changes and markups and downs.
• Order merchandise from multiple vendors and check-in vendor products, returning guaranteed items weekly. You will cross-reference deliveries and put away stock orders while maintaining backstock at a minimal level.
• Keep products stocked as well as rotated and fresh by monitoring expiration dates. Build creative merchandise displays and set merchandise to schematic with aid from vendors.
• Print price books, maintain PLUs, displays, and signage
• Perform clerk duties as described in the clerk job description.
