Leslie’s Poolmart, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead a Leslie’s store, driving sales growth, profitability, and customer service excellence.

You will recruit, hire, and develop team members, implement store programs, and ensure operational standards meet company expectations. Compensation within range to be determined by education, experience, knowledge, and skills, as well as market data and internal equity.

Qualifications

• Completion of GMIT and Talent Platform training.
• Placement in the succession program.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers.

Responsibilities

• Hire A players to support objectives and business goals.
• Meet or exceed sales budget for the store.
• Meet or exceed EBITDA/SOC goals and manage labor and margins.
• Drive customer count growth and improve Mystery Shop results.
• Develop team members through coaching and succession planning.
