Responsibilities include staffing, training, and maintaining merchandising standards while controlling labor, costs, and margins in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of training modules including GMIT and Talent Platform.
• Ability to achieve placement in the succession program.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers.
