Qualifications

• Budget and P&L understanding.
• MS Outlook, Word, and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations including car wash and food service.
• Lead workforce development and scheduling, supervise staff, and provide coaching.
• Manage budget and drive profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
