RaceTrac is seeking a General Manager who will lead a store, drive profitability, and coach up to 45 employees in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will implement strategies to achieve sales, labor, and operating goals while maintaining exceptional food safety and store standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail, food service, or restaurant management experience (high-volume preferred).
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Foster a guest-obsessed culture; ensure every guest interaction is exceptional.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members for growth opportunities.
• Provide continuous feedback, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee scheduling and payroll to ensure proper staffing levels.
• Lead and direct relationships with team, guests, and vendors.
