Job summary

Jack's Family Restaurants, LP is seeking a General Manager to own a single store, drive profitability, and lead a dynamic team in Creola, AL. You will oversee sales, staffing, training, customer service, and operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will hire, coach, and develop staff while maintaining high energy, strong standards, and a positive work culture. Expect 50–55 hour weeks with growth opportunities and monthly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced hospitality or restaurant setting.
