Jack's Family Restaurant is hiring a General Manager who will own a single store and drive all aspects of its success, including sales, profitability, staffing, training, and customer service. You’ll lead a team to deliver hospitality, maintain cleanliness and quality, and ensure daily operations meet goals.

Qualifications

• ServSafe certification (or similar).
• P&L management and sales forecasting.
• Willing to work 50–55 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team to meet service, cleanliness, and quality standards.
• Provide smiling, friendly service to guests.
• Ensure store meets daily sales, service, food, and labor goals.
• Hire, coach, mentor, and develop a successful team.
• Help prepare and serve delicious southern foods.
• Create a fun work environment where everyone feels supported, respected, and valued.
