Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams through training, feedback, and clear direction.
• Drive store performance by managing budget, forecasting, and expenses to align with sales targets.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory flow, and customer service initiatives.
• Coach hourly associates, promote a culture of belonging, and ensure Open Door policy is applied.
• Implement process improvements and lead company change initiatives.
