Job summary

Domino’s is seeking an Operating Partner/General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a single store in Murrells Inlet. You will provide leadership, ensure food safety, drive profitability, and foster an inclusive, engaged team.

This on-site role requires at least 1 year of GM experience in a fast-paced service environment, strong cost control, people development, and excellent customer service. You will also lead POS/tech operations and promote food safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of GM experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
