RNR Tire Express in Midland, TX is seeking a Store General Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and motivate a team of 8–12 associates. You will oversee hiring, training, scheduling, inventory control, and customer service to sustain our family-oriented culture and reliable service.

This role requires 2–4 years of supervisor experience, a high school diploma, and a hands-on approach to safety, merchandising, and store compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Rent to Own and/or wheel and tire experience is desirable but not necessary.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsabilités

• Interview, hire, and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and addressing problems.
• Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; follows up on work results.
• Ensures availability of merchandise and services by maintaining inventories.
• Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
• Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.
• Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• The General Manager is expected to perform every task for which they supervise.
• Other duties as assigned.
