Responsibilities include recruiting and developing staff, optimizing labor, managing inventory, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with mall management and marketing.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a restaurant, retail, or fast-paced hospitality.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing store operations to meet financial and sales goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff; evaluate performance.
• Plan weekly schedules using sales projections and compliance rules.
• Order resources, food products, and supplies for the store.
• Audit daily financial paperwork and enforce cash-handling policies.
